Shipping policy

All orders are made to order or hand-finished individually, so please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships.

We ship with Australia Post, and shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

We ship worldwide. International delivery times will vary depending on destination and customs processing — you'll see an estimated delivery window at checkout before you pay.

Because our boards are solid hardwood (and some can be quite heavy!), each piece is carefully wrapped and boxed to minimise the risk of damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out.
